Strategic executive and learning leader. Currently Interim CEO at Learnio — leading global operations, partnerships, and digital skills programs across Africa, Asia, and the Balkans.
I'm Anik — an executive and learning leader who's spent a decade scaling digital education programs across emerging markets and beyond.
Right now I'm leading Learnio as Interim CEO, after rising through Head of Academy, Chief Learning Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Along the way I've helped deliver donor-funded programs with The World Bank and SOS Children's Villages, partnered with global names like MAERSK and DHL, and built distributed teams across 17 countries.
The throughline is simple: I love taking ambitious learning ideas and turning them into systems that work, in many languages, across many cultures, at real scale.
As Chief Learning Officer, I led implementation of a donor-funded digital skills program in Albania — designing the curriculum architecture, recruiting and supervising the mentor network, and building the measurement framework that tied learner outcomes to real employment results.
The model has since informed our 21-country Africa program with SOS Children's Villages and expansion into 9+ additional countries.
Anik stands out as someone who combines vision, execution, and people skills in a very natural way. He has a strong understanding of learning, project leadership, and growth — and he knows how to turn ideas into meaningful results.
Anik has demonstrated strong skills in digital learning design, instructional design principles, and adult learning. He works well with stakeholders and brings a creative, solution-oriented mindset to his work.
